Enhance your truck's traction while maintaining wheel travel with BDS Recoil Traction Bars. These bars feature heavy-duty construction and internal compression springs, allowing for on-vehicle adjustment to control axle wrap effectively. Their full float design ensures bind-free performance and compatibility with various lift heights.
Constructed from 2-inch OD x 3/16-inch wall steel tubing, the bars feature a threaded bung welded toward the axle and a CNC-machined end at the frame. The axle mount incorporates BDS's durable large-forged flex end and jam nut, providing up to 15 degrees of misalignment in either direction. At the frame end, a durometer-specific polyurethane bushing allows for free floating, facilitated by a pair of dual-stage internal compression springs and UHMW polyurethane bearings within the traction bar.
